Zach Anner is an online comedian, actor, and writer with Cerebral Palsy. He is known for his humor and winning of Oprah Winfrey's TV star competition.
Originally from Kenmore, New York (born in Buffalo, New York) Zach was born with the movement disorder, cerebral palsy. He currently resides in Austin, Texas.
He attended school at the University of Texas, at Austin, in 2005. While there he, along with his brother Brad, created the comedy troupe Lark the Beard with the then future RT employees, Chris Demarais, Aaron Marquis, and Marshall Rimmer.
On June 2, 2010, Zach entered into Oprah Winfrey's Search for the Next TV Star contest where he won and was given the chance to create his own TV show, Rollin' With Zach. However, the show was cancelled after only 6 episodes.
In March 2016, Zach published a memoir of his life titled, If at Birth You Don't Succeed: My Adventures with Disaster and Destiny which garnered praise from numerous sources including Oprah Winfrey, The New York Times, and The Huffington Post.
Within Rooster Teeth
Zach has made multiple appearances competing on Rooster Teeth's game show, On The Spot. He appeared on Million Dollars But... and the RT Life Five Night's at Rooster Teeth, as well as the RT web mini-series Eleven Little Roosters.
He was also featured as one of the main hosts for Rooster Teeth's workout fitness show, Buff Buddies.
