What do you think the tunnel that says "Do not enter" actually has in it?
(Honestly i think they'll all go into it for episode #100, then fade out, then smoothly transition into them all walking out of it, into the Xbox One version of a newly created Achievement City)

^ They probably put it there just in case anybody was ever going to leave rooster teeth. One of them almost when in it once and everyone yelled something along the lines of "Nonono not yet!"
And if you're going to try and put forward they did that so nobody would see whats behind it, they could edit that persons footage out.

Currently it seems to be a joke that they make it out to be a massive thing but it leads nowhere, it's either that or it's the tunnel AH members go through when they quit (like ray)
For the tunnel, we can assume it is used for transitions I.E. Ray leaving and other similar things. However, it could be theorized that the end is for the last Minecraft Let's Play. In episode 111, around 27:02 you can pause and see a long tunnel with stone stairs at the end. This implies it leads to some sort of room or another tunnel, which leads North. Not much is in that direction (if it is directly straight) except for maybe Shooting Gallery, Altar of Pimps, the Lake of Pimps and the mural of Dan. One unexplored option is something under the Lake of Pimps. Odds are though, they are lazy and it leads to A. Nothing, B. a Mine or cave, or C. a room/just the tunnel created by Geoff/Gavin for the joke of noone being allowed in.
Well I just watched episode 201 and they went inside the tunnel during the credits. Theres a bunch of signs out front; two being Do Not Enter and Death Awaits, the other ones can't be seen clearly because it's too dark. Inside Ray, Kdin, Caleb, and Dirk(?);s have their names on signs. But they son't go around the corner.
I actually went into the tunnel during RTX 2014 and it's just a test area for future Let's Plays. That's all. There was some lava, a few redstone tests, and that's about it.
