Taylor Pelto McNee is an art director and environment artist. She begun at Rooster Teeth Productions doing 3D assets and animation for Red vs. Blue Season 10, and followed it with working in RWBY, where she also voiced Penny Polendina.
She is married to Bret McNee, who she met while in college at the Think Tank Training Centre,[1] and was the lead character artist for RWBY Volume 1. While Taylor stopped working at Rooster Teeth following the birth of her daughter, she still returns on occasion to voice the character, first on RWBY Chibi and then the main show again.
