Using Madden, Achievement Hunter annually simulates the outcome of the NFL Super Bowl. The concept originates from AH Predicts, a concluded series. Traditionally, the series has a new episode on an annual basis. However, 2017's Super Bowl LI was skipped.

Team Lads vs. Team Gents originally played 3 vs 3 games. However, in 2014, Madden removed the 3 vs. 3 player online mode. Because of this change, 2 vs 2 matches would take place, in the future. The first with Ray (Lads) and Geoff (Gents) as coaches, which lead to the Gent's first ever victory.

- 2019 - New Orleans Saints[?] (Alfredo and Ryan) vs. New England Patriots (Geoff and Jack), with Jeremy as presenter John Madden.
- 2020 - Kansas City Chiefs (Jack and Trevor) vs. San Francisco 49ers (Gavin and Micheal)

Super Bowl LIII was recorded after the real Super Bowl took place, being the first year to happen. The video was titled "THE REAL SUPER BOWL LIII". In addition, the Los Angeles Rams were replaced with the New Orleans Saints. This year's "prediction" was whether or not the NFL was correct.
