On November 13, 2019, an arrest warrant was issued in Travis County, Texas for Quinn[1], alleging that Quinn committed family violence through aggravated assault, a second-degree felony[2]. On the evening of November 18, 2019, he was arrested and booked into the Travis County Jail with a bond set at $100,000, and was released on a personal recognizance bond on November 20[1]. On November 24, it was to confirmed by Rooster Teeth to news website KXAN that Quinn is no longer an employee of the company.[3]
As of 2022, Quinn remains in prison, and no longer has custody of his daughter.
