Former Vice President of Partnerships at digital entertainment company Maker Studios, Luis Medina is tasked with co-managing Rooster Teeth's Let's Play family of online gaming brands in the newly created role of Senior Vice President (SVP) of Partnerships, which means Luis runs the business operations side of RT's Let's Play family of channels. In this role, Medina leads external talent partnerships and manages operations for owned and operated gaming brands including Achievement Hunter, Funhaus and ScrewAttack. In addition, Medina creates and manages third-party partnerships with well-known gaming brands, allowing them to leverage Rooster Teeth's extensive platforms for e-commerce, live events, programming, and marketing. Current gaming partners include Cow Chop and Kinda Funny.
A 2009 graduate of Yale University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film Studies at the forefront of new media strategy, digital content acquisition, and video network development with bi-coastal experience across the entertainment industry, Medina previously worked as an intern for Nickelodeon and TeenNick, a production assistant at ABC News (where he compiled and managed scripts in the control room of Good Morning America: Weekend Edition), and the VP of partnerships and programming at Maker Studios.
