Katie Elizabeth Newville (née Raczok) is a voice actress for Rooster Teeth. As the ex-wife of animator Shane Newville, she was invited to voice the Mantis C.C. on Red vs. Blue: Season 11 (where ironically she battled the Mantis voiced by Shane, Freckles) and one year later got the role of Emerald Sustrai on RWBY. She also had a cameo in the RT Short Joel and Matt Go to The Opera. A native of Grand Rapids, Katie returned to Michigan following her divorce to Shane in 2015, and raises their two children. She currently works at River City Studios, where her voiceovers for Emerald are recorded.
