Joe the Cat is a cat owned by Burnie Burns, who brought him to the office. He is notorious for using the bathroom in all the wrong places. He is particularly disliked by Matt and Gus but loved by Michael, Lindsay, Burnie, Miles and Monty (who is deathly allergic to cats). Joe the cat is a large orange tabby.

It was announced live on Rooster Teeth Podcast episode #205 by Burnie Burns that Joe will be retiring from the office February 2013 between 18-24th (exact date TBA). As one of his retirement gifts he was awarded with a gold cat collar. The rest of the details are still in development and being kept secret to the general public. He made a short comeback in podcast #235.
