Agent Georgia was a member of Project Freelancer. Not much is known about Georgia, except that he is the victim of a jetpack malfunction. Georgia appeared in a deleted scene from Season 10 where Utah finds Georgia's lucky penny, he then slams into the window, and has a short conversation while sliding down slowly.
Georgia makes an appearance if the RvB Easter Egg of Chapter 10 in Spartan Ops is triggered.
