Clayton James, or better known as Cib, is a Canadian actor and musician who is a member of Sugar Pine 7, an affiliate of Rooster Teeth Productions.
Cib was married to occasional Sugar Pine 7 actress, Sami Jo. However the couple have separated as of August 2021 [1]
Career[]
Cib first started YouTube in 2010 where he posted primarily gaming videos. However, he switched to more vlogging, comedy, and music videos, later deleting a majority of his videos prior to 2015. He created a second YouTube channel in 2013 where he uploads covers and original songs.
Cib is one of the main hosts of Sugar Pine 7, appearing during its first few episodes under its previous name of the Steven Suptic Experience. In the series he plays a character that is a more over the top version of himself.
While Cib was part of Sugar Pine 7, he met Nick Anderson, the frontman for a band named The Wrecks. After Anderson began following Sugar Pine 7, the two decided to form an alternative indie-rock collaboration that they named WHALES•TALK in March 2021. They created a song they named "Left the Car Running", and later a song named "Can't Be Love", which was actually made by both the WHALES•TALK members and the The Wrecks band. They have since made multiple songs, and even an EP named Eternal Sunshine.
