Captain Butch Flowers was a Blue Team Simulation Trooper assigned as the commanding officer of Outpost 1-A at Blood Gulch.
He is also revealed to be a Freelancer at the very end of Season 10, being Agent Florida. However, to hide this, Project Freelancer decided to make a cover up story that a disaster of some kind had hit Florida, since "People will wonder what happened to Florida". This "disaster" was never revealed in Red vs. Blue (though there have been mentions that the state is now under sea), making this slightly ironic since people wonder what did happen to Florida. His presence at the outpost was necessary to protect the Alpha. He was later killed by an Aspirin overdose, and Tucker (who didn't get his sniper rifle as a result) took his armor.
