Rebecca "Becca" Frasier is a voice actress known for her role as Sister in Red vs. Blue, which she began voicing in 2006 for Season 5. She also served as Rooster Teeth's Website Content Manager from 2016 to 2020.

Although Becca has been a good friend of the Rooster Teeth production crew since 2003, Burnie intended to allow other women to audition for the role of Sister despite the pressure of the other members. Two other girls auditioned for the role before Becca was given her chance, but when she began auditioning, the team made something of a joke out of the audition, slipping in lines of dialog that got increasingly more vulgar to see how far she would go before refusing to do a line. Upon realizing she had no such limits, Becca was cast as Sister and the role was rewritten as a far more promiscuous character to fit with the lines she had read in the audition.

Besides voicing Sister, Becca regularly appeared at conventions with the company and modeled apparel for their store. However, she did not become a full-time staff member until February 2016, when she was hired as a Website Content Manager.[1] Subsequently, she appeared in the RT Short "Stranger Things ahead for Rooster Teeth," but did not make her debut as an onscreen personality until RT Podcast 417, when she came on set to get a pancake Gus made and he invited her to sit in Burnie's chair while eating it. She ended up sticking around for the rest of the podcast (even when Burnie showed up), with her dog Rupert harassing the hosts for pancakes. Her appearance was well-received enough that she began making semi-regular appearances on the podcast, occasionally with Rupert joining her. She has also appeared on episodes of Always Open.

She is married and has two daughters - the first coincidentally was born on the 8th anniversary of Sister's first appearance on Red vs. Blue, and the second was gestated during production of Season 16, being born in May 2018.

Becca has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas and a Master of Science from St. Edward's University.

In January 2020, Becca announced she would leave Rooster Teeth to work with contractors, but would still appear in the company's content whenever possible.[2]
